Sourced locally
Harvest is procured from local farmers spanning Ponneri to Tiruvallur district.

Cleaned
The paddy is thoroughly cleaned to remove all impurities — only the cleanest grains move on.

Dried
Uniformly dried to the optimal moisture content, preserving the grain’s integrity and flavour.

Aged
Stored in a controlled environment for several months. Aging enhances texture and aroma.

Soaked & boiled
A second cleaning, then soaking to hydrate the grains and gentle boiling to soften them.

Milled & packed
Carefully milled to peel off the husk without damaging the kernel, then packed for you.
